Efficient Time Management with Compás
Compás is a free productivity app designed for Mac users that focuses on enhancing work and study efficiency through time management techniques. The application utilizes the Pomodoro technique, allowing users to set timed focus blocks of 25 minutes, followed by short breaks, and longer breaks after completing multiple blocks. Users can customize the durations of each session and track their productivity without needing an internet connection or any subscriptions. The app maintains a detailed history of work sessions, providing insights into daily totals and overall progress.
Additionally, Compás features an open-ended stopwatch for tasks that do not conform to the Pomodoro structure. The app ensures that only active work time is counted, excluding breaks and partial blocks. Users can review their performance over various timeframes and export their data in CSV or JSON format for further analysis. The interface is currently in Spanish, but it offers a user-friendly design with all necessary assets available locally.
